Do you have a car park?<\/strong>
We have a partnership with the Qpark Carnot car park, located 150m from the hotel, and have a negotiated rate for our guests at \u20ac24\/24h parking. Tickets must be purchased from the hotel reception. The hotel has a drop-off point in front of its entrance.

Do you have smoking rooms?<\/strong>
All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. An ashtray is available in front of the establishment.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?<\/strong>
We can provide a cot in your room free of charge, on request at the time of booking and subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?<\/strong>
Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate wheelchair users.

Can I eat at the hotel?<\/strong>
The hotel offers breakfast only. There are several restaurants around the hotel.

Does the hotel have a bar?<\/strong>

What are the departure and arrival times?<\/strong>
Arrivals at the hotel are from 2pm and departures until 11am.<\/p>

I'm arriving after 11pm. How can I get my room key back?<\/strong>
We have a 24-hour presence. Our night receptionist can welcome you at any time.<\/p>

What time is breakfast?<\/strong>
Our buffet breakfast is available from 6am to 10.30am every day. Breakfast costs \u20ac15 per adult and \u20ac7.50 per child (under 10) per day.<\/p>

Do you accept pets? What is the rate?<\/strong>
Pets weighing less than 5kg are allowed in the hotel, but must be kept on a lead when out and about. The supplement for a pet is \u20ac5 per night.<\/p>

You can enjoy free Wi-Fi (fibre) throughout the hotel.<\/p>

Tourist tax is an additional \u20ac1.10 per person per day.<\/p>

Why do you need my credit card information?<\/strong>
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. This guarantee is cancelled on the day of your departure if no damage is noted by our teams.<\/p>

You will be asked to pay for your stay on arrival if you have not prepaid your booking, using the following methods of payment: bank card, American Express, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper format), cash.
