The hotel

Do you have a car park?
We have a partnership with the Qpark Carnot car park, located 150m from the hotel, and have a negotiated rate for our guests at €24/24h parking. Tickets must be purchased from the hotel reception. The hotel has a drop-off point in front of its entrance.

Do you have smoking rooms?
All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. An ashtray is available in front of the establishment.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
We can provide a cot in your room free of charge, on request at the time of booking and subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate wheelchair users.

Can I eat at the hotel?
The hotel offers breakfast only. There are several restaurants around the hotel.

Does the hotel have a bar?
Our bar is open until 1am.

The stay

What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrivals at the hotel are from 2pm and departures until 11am.

I'm arriving after 11pm. How can I get my room key back?
We have a 24-hour presence. Our night receptionist can welcome you at any time.

What time is breakfast?
Our buffet breakfast is available from 6am to 10.30am every day.

Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Pets weighing less than 5kg are allowed in the hotel, but must be kept on a lead when out and about. The supplement for a pet is €5 per night.

Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
You can enjoy free Wi-Fi (fibre) throughout the hotel.

What should I do if I forget something in my room?
Please contact reception.

The prices

Are tourist taxes included in the price?
Tourist tax is an additional €0.99 per person per day.

Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. This guarantee is cancelled on the day of your departure if no damage is noted by our teams.

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You will be asked to pay for your stay on arrival if you have not prepaid your booking, using the following methods of payment: bank card, American Express, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper format), cash. Cheques are not accepted.
